Each SMS sent consumes one or more credits depending on message length (each 160-character segment is one part). You can top up credits anytime from the Wallet page using mobile money or card.
Yes. You can set a custom alphanumeric Sender ID (up to 11 characters) so recipients see your business name instead of a generic number. Custom Sender IDs go through a quick approval process.
Delivery failures are usually caused by invalid or inactive phone numbers, network congestion, or blocked Sender IDs. Check the Message History page for a per-recipient delivery status and failure reason.
